It's "Homer" by a nose...
Thia was such a popular challenge!! We had over 80 entries!! So this was a tough call!! We had a list of top 3 that we struggled with but in the end "Homer" beat out the rest. But seriously...these were ALL awesome. And what cute and special pets you all have! Mary (I think this is yours :)), go ahead and send me an email at noel@noelmignon.com and I'll get you set up to be guest designer for April. Thanks to everyone for the terrific entries!
