Two Cards-One Tool Challenge

Are you guys ready to use up some of those left over bits and pieces from your kits, or other paper scraps you have been hanging on to? Well now is your chance! This is a fun challenge Britt came up with. The challenge is to make two cards with left overs, and one specific tool in your arsenal of weapons!

It Takes Two Challenge

Hi everyone! I am finally back with the new challenge. Sorry for the delay. We went to visit family this weekend and when we got home I went to turn on my computer to check emails, etc...and the computer would not turn on. Which led to a three day ordeal of trying to fix it, then buying a new one, then trying to get all the files recovered and installed on the new computer. ACK! Anyway, I am back up and running now!

A few weeks ago we had a crop over on the message board and Amy came up with a super fun challenge for that, which I thought we would carry over here! It's the "It takes two" challenge...

All you have to do is follow the rule of twos. ;)
Anything you put on your LO you have to put two of. So that means if you are using Patterned Papers, then you must use two and only two. (Tip: Definitely pick double sided papers as you get more to work with that way!)
Or if you are using Metal in some way (brads, stick pins, plaques, or flair buttons....), then you must use two pieces of metal, and only two. Does that all make sense? :D I hope so!

Happy Weekend everyone! We will be back on Monday with a fun new challenge for you all, but I wanted to send out a reminder that on Monday the Pre-Order for the March kit goes up! I am still waiting on a couple boxes of NEW CHA GOODIES...but they are going to be here this coming week so the kit's will be shipping once all of the items are in hand...probably by the 1st! But, I don't have a whole lot of these to go around...so I would suggest getting your order in early to reserve your kit. You won't want to miss out...it's darling!

Color Combo Challenge

Thanks to everyone who got misty with us last challenge! It's fun to see how differently we all use the same product. :)
Today we are going to do a color combo challenge which actually works perfectly with your "Very Virginia" products! Just use this color board as your inspiration for your work. I just love how late winter this looks.

Isn't this color palette just beautiful!? Amy selected this for us from the website Creature Comforts, there is so much to look at there you could just get lost!

Misty Slide

The "She Get's Misty" Challenge

Happy New Year Friends! I hope you all had a wonderful holiday season with your loved ones. We had a really nice time, hanging out at home, visiting family and friends, playing games, and spending a day in the snow. I really enjoyed it, but I have to admit, I am glad to be getting back to the "normal" routine around here.

Today we have a great challenge for you all. It's called the "She Get's Misty" challenge for a very good reason, you have to get misty, or spritzy, or shimmerzy on your work. :) Just spray a little, or a lot, depending on your level of confidence. I know over on the MB we have been talking a bit about this and some people seem to really love it, and some people are scared of it. I have to admit, I am not the most experienced mister...but when i do it, I end up really liking the results.

So get misty and load up your work here in the comments section so we can share with the group via a slide show. The deadline for getting your work in for this one is January 14th.
